1. Overview

OHI Calculator is a simple calculator-style app. At the time of this policy, the app allows users to enter service names and WC rates, store those values on the device, and run calculations locally.

We wrote this policy to match the app's actual behavior. That means this is not a generic "we collect everything" privacy policy. If the app changes later and begins collecting or transmitting data, this policy should be updated.

2. What We Collect

We do not intentionally collect personal information from you through the app. We do not ask you to create an account, and the app does not currently include sign-up forms, profile creation, cloud backup, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or in-app tracking tools controlled by us.

We do not currently receive your service names, WC rates, sales inputs, or calculation results on our own servers because the app stores and uses that information locally on your device.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

Although we do not collect data ourselves, the app does save certain information locally on your device so it can keep working between app launches. Based on the current app code, that local data includes:

• Service names entered by you.
• WC rates entered by you.
• The locally saved list of your services for future use in the app.

This information is stored using local device storage and is used only so the app can remember your settings and calculations on that device. We do not receive that stored information from the app.

4. What We Do Not Collect or Use

Based on the current version of the app, we do not intentionally collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address.
• Account credentials because there is no account system in the app.
• Payment card information or billing details through the app itself.
• GPS location, contacts, photos, camera data, or microphone data.
• Advertising identifiers or behavioral tracking data controlled by us.
• Analytics events, usage profiles, or marketing profiles controlled by us.
• Your saved service list, WC rates, or calculation results on our own servers.

5. Sharing and Selling

Because we do not collect your app data on our servers, we do not sell that data and we do not intentionally share that data with third parties for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

If you choose to share screenshots, exports, or other app-related content yourself, that sharing is your choice and under your control.

6. Website and Technical Notes

This privacy page is part of a simple website. We do not intentionally use contact forms, advertising scripts, or custom analytics on this page. However, your web host, browser, operating system, app store, or mobile platform provider may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, device details, or standard access logs under their own privacy policies.

We do not control third-party platform data practices, and this policy applies only to OHI Calculator's own intended behavior.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Since your app data is stored locally on your device, retention is mostly controlled by your device and your use of the app. If you clear the app's local storage, reset the app, uninstall the app, replace the device, or erase the device, that locally stored information may be deleted and may not be recoverable.

Because we do not keep your app data on our own servers, we generally do not have a server-side copy to restore for you.

8. Security

We do not claim absolute security. Because the app stores data on your device, protection of that information depends in part on your device security, such as screen locks, backups, malware protection, and who has physical or account access to your device.

9. Children

The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the current version of the app does not intentionally collect personal information from users generally, we do not knowingly maintain a separate child user database.

10. Financial and Calculator Disclaimer

OHI Calculator is a utility and calculation tool only. It is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, payroll, debt management, credit repair, or professional business advice. You are responsible for reviewing all numbers, verifying calculations, and deciding how to use any results produced by the app.

The app may help you estimate or organize figures, but it does not guarantee that any result is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific business or personal situation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OHI Calculator and its owners, operators, developers, affiliates, contractors, and partners are not liable for any losses, damages, claims, or consequences arising from use of the app or reliance on its calculations or content.

This includes, without limitation, debt, missed payments, underpayment, overpayment, late fees, overdraft charges, interest, tax issues, payroll mistakes, penalties, collection activity, credit damage, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of funds, or other direct or indirect damages. You remain solely responsible for your financial, legal, accounting, and business decisions.

12. Changes to This Policy

If the app changes in a way that affects privacy, such as adding user accounts, cloud sync, analytics, or server-side storage, this policy should be updated to reflect the new behavior. The effective date at the top of this page will also be updated when changes are made.
